Ordering Guidelines for Custom Tin Boxes
Ordering custom
tin boxes is easy. Once you have
decided upon the design for your custom tin,
please
email us
your specifications and artwork. We
will try to match you design to an existing
mold. Creating a new mold can be
expensive, so we always try to use an
existing mold to save you money. New
molds can cost thousands of dollars.
We will email you with a quotation for your
project.
Factory Direct
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Existing Mold MOQ: 5000 pcs.
(blank) or 10000 pcs. printed / embossed.
New mold MOQ: 10000 pcs. Set-up
charges apply if we have to create a new
mold.
Payment terms: All custom orders are
prepaid. We accept company check, VISA,
MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Lead time: Lead times vary by
project. Generally, the following times will
apply:
Create new mold: 20 days. By
using an existing mold, we can save this
step.
Make sample of your tin: 14 days.
Lead time for Production: 30 - 45
days.
Delivery from Germany or China to your
location: 30 days.
Delays usually occur while waiting for
customer approvals. If you can respond
quickly to our questions, the process will
proceed smoothly.
Ordering BLANK TINS: Please provide
a picture or a description of the tin you
are looking for. We will send you pictures
of existing designs with pricing. We
provide measurements in millimeters.
Ordering PRINTED TINS: We provide
CMYK printing. Please send us the details,
artwork and PMS colors for your design. Once
you have provided your artwork and
specifications, we can make a sample for
you. We send pictures of the sample for
approval. If you pay the freight charges,
we can send you an actual sample for
approval. We recommend that you order an
actual sample in order to prevent errors in
production. Once you have approved the
printed sample, we can start production.
Payment for production is due at this time.
When emailing us, please provide your
name, company name, delivery address,
telephone number and fax number. This
will help us to provide an accurate freight
quotation for your order. All orders are
shipped directly from our manufacturing
facility to your delivery address.
Please send us your P.O. when you are ready
to order. The P.O. should confirm the
details of your order. (Description, price,
quantity, packing instructions, shipping
address.) You can
email us
your P.O.
or send the

Our manufacturing facilities are located in
China and Germany. We ship directly
from the factory to your location. Order
