Artwork Guidelines for Ordering Custom Tin Boxes

Existing Shapes:  We have thousands of existing shapes and sizes in stock.  Send us your measurements for the design and we will compare your design to our inventory of existing molds.  Hopefully, we will find a similar design in stock.  You will save thousands of dollars by using an existing mold.

New Shapes:  The minimum order is 10000 pieces.  Creating a new mold is expensive, but sometimes necessary.  Once we have received your design specifications, we can discuss the location and sizing of your artwork.  Since we are creating a new mold, it is much easier to accommodate your design requirements.  We refund the mold charges on orders above 100,000 pieces.

Emailing Artwork:  Once we have agreed on which design you want to use, it is then time to send your final color artwork.  We do not create the color artwork for you. We accept artwork in .psd, .ai or .pdf or Corel Draw format.  You want to send high-resolution artwork (300 dpi. or better) so that it does not become blurred during the imprint process. We provide CMYK printing. Please send us the details, artwork and PMS colors for your design.
